Buying and licences
Is the price one-time?
Yes. The module price is one-time. You pay once for the module and keep using it.
Optional add-ons, such as support and updates or the AI size chart builder, are separate yearly add-ons. They are not required to keep the module working.
What is an Order ID and how do I activate?
The Order ID is your order reference (9 letters), shown on your order page and in the order e-mail. It activates your licence inside the module.
After buying, open the module settings in your shop, enter the Order ID in the licence field and save. If you bought on PrestaShop Addons, the Addons Order ID also activates the licence.
Can I use one licence on several shops?
No. One licence covers one shop. The ILM Size Chart module for PrestaShop is licensed for 1 shop, and the WooCommerce Pro plugin is licensed for 1 site.
If you run several shops, you need one licence per shop. Multistore inside the same PrestaShop installation is supported by the PrestaShop modules.
Where do I download after buying?
You download your purchase from My account > Order history on ilmtech.in.
Your invoice is also in your account. If you cannot find the download, write to sales@ilmtech.in.
I bought on PrestaShop Addons, can I use it?
Yes. Modules bought on the PrestaShop Addons marketplace from the seller "ILM Tech" work the same way.
For those purchases, payment and refunds are handled by PrestaShop Addons. The Addons Order ID activates the licence in the module.

Add-ons run for 12 months. If you do not turn on auto-renewal, nothing is charged automatically.

This is an option in the module settings.
