Complaints go to our Grievance Officer at the e-mail address above. We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.

We take payments through two gateways.
- Razorpay for India: cards, UPI, net banking and wallets, in INR.
- PayPal for international buyers: PayPal balance and cards through PayPal, in USD and EUR.
Yearly add-ons (Support and updates; AI size chart builder) can renew automatically. Auto-renewal runs through Razorpay subscriptions or PayPal subscriptions. You turn it on from your order page after the purchase. You can turn it off in your account on this site or in your Razorpay or PayPal account.
Refunds go back through the same gateway you paid with. Gateway fees and currency-conversion differences are outside our control.
PayPal and Razorpay process payment data under their own privacy policies. We never see full card numbers.
